- Cancellation before Service Commencement: If you cancel a scheduled consulting service at least 7 business days before the agreed start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation within 7 Business Days of Service Commencement: If you cancel a scheduled consulting service within 7 business days of the agreed start date, you are eligible for a refund of 70% of the amount paid.
- Service Quality Issues: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our consulting services, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of service delivery, detailing the specific issues. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis after a thorough review.
1.2. Training Programs
- Cancellation before Program Start: If you cancel participation in a training program at least 14 days before the program start date, you are eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.
- Cancellation within 14 Days of Program Start: If you cancel participation in a training program within 14 days but more than 7 days before the program start date, you are eligible for a refund of 75% of the registration fee.
- Cancellation within 7 Days of Program Start: If you cancel participation in a training program within 7 days of the program start date, you are eligible for a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
- No-Show: No refund will be provided for no-shows or if you fail to attend the training program without prior notification.
1.3. Digital Products and Materials
- Downloadable Content: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for downloadable content (reports, templates, guides) are provided only if the content is proven to be defective or significantly different from its description.
- Subscription Services: For subscription-based services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds for the current billing period are not provided, but no further charges will be applied after cancellation.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- Customized research or analysis that has been completed and delivered.
- Consulting services that have already been delivered or substantially completed.
- Training programs that have already commenced.
- Services where confidential or proprietary information has been shared during the engagement.
3. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

4. Refund Processing Time

- Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase within 7-10 business days.
- Bank Transfers: Refunds via bank transfer will be processed within 10-15 business days.
- Other Payment Methods: Refunds for other payment methods will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 15 business days to process.
Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the actual time for funds to appear in your account depends on your financial institution and may take additional time.
5. Cancellation by Oman Business Management Solutions
If Oman Business Management Solutions cancels a scheduled service or program, you will be offered one of the following options:
- A full refund of the amount paid.
- Rescheduling of the service or program to a mutually agreeable date.
- Credit toward another service or program of equal value.

We understand that special circumstances may arise that are not covered by this policy. In such cases, please contact us directly to discuss your situation. We will consider refund requests based on special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
7. Force Majeure
